Just watch clips of Mike Wilson, he flats and rodeos all the time, his flats and rodeos are text book, so are Turpins, Skogens and a few others. (flat is just simply flat in the air, and rodeo crosses the inversion line at some point)

Someone explained it to me really well, so I will pass along in hopes to help...imagine standing on the edge of the kicker and just jumping off and and landing on your back, this is the first part of the rotation. so in the air your ski bases are facing uphill and skis are perpendicular to the ground. From here (if you rotated to the left)just keep dropping your head towards your left shoulder to eventually spot the landing and your legs should follow coming over your head to land (rotate as needed to land straight or equal 5,7,9 etc.)...how I was told and seems to sum it up?

 
ur never gonna learn how to do a rodeo through a forum. no one can say something thats gonna make it any easier to throw a rodeo. find someone at ur mountain who can do one and ask them to teach you.
