Im 5'5" 135lbs, looking at 2009 rossi s6 186 (110mm wide, full camber). Would this be too much ski for me?

Im an advanced skier.

yeah with full camber that's gonna be a lot of ski for you. honestly if it's for pow/sidecountry get something with rocker and camber/sidecut underfoot. they'll float better and be a whole lot nicer for breaking trail.

I agree with the rocker camber thing. I'm also 5'5" and I recently rode 175 JJs and they felt fine, could have even been a bit longer. I rode the 180 somethings a while ago and they were fine too. But they have rocker, I think a full camber ski would be a bit of work at that size.

yeah, and im 5'7" riding 191s. It doesnt mean shit though, you have to try out different lengths to find what feels best for you and your riding style.

i think this skis will be fine for ya if you're a strong skier, but im a fan of longer skis so take what i have to say with a grain of salt.

dont get a full camber ski. especialy one that is taller then you are. get something with rockerd tips. this way, the ski skis smaller then you think so go with something about +10 cm taller than you. im 6 foot 5 and have 205 cm skies and there perfect!
