tBatt Active member Jul 16, 2008 #13 i really dont think wax is necessary, but if you want it id say skate, or even a shitty candle. pvc is actually more slick that a lot of metal rails, what makes you stick is either dirt on your skis/the rail or having sharp edges dig into the pvc
