How screewed am I?

So the other day I was driving home after finals with my friend, and we were all happy because they were over, so we are driving along a street that is 25mph. and we come up two a car that is goin around 20-23mph, so I pass him going about 35-40 then slow back down two 25-30 this guy then fallows me home and gets mad at me for speeding and passing him I explained that we had just finnished finals and were really happy, however he had his cell phone out and I thought he got my plates, then the cops called my house today wanting to talk to my parents, so basicaly I think that guy called the cops on me. how screewd am I, also my parents are really big on fallowing the law and that sort of thing.
 
nothing is going to happen... a COP has to catch you breaking the law, if anybody could do it youd have people calling in all over the place making bogus claims that people are driving reckless, running red lights and shit like that
 
just completely deny it, say it never happened and that guy is making it up. Its not like he videotaped you guys. He can't prove. Say he's some senile old guy
 
Fight it and take it to court. The guy who called you in is required to appear. So you can contest the ticket. Win or lose, you can get back at him by setting up a really shitty court date and taking time out of his life.
 
i have a friend who lost his license a couple weeks ago because someone saw him not stop at a stop sign. parents didnt take it away, the po-po did
 
no just some pissed off former hippie, that is all for having a "small good comunity of law abiding citizens or something liek that."
 
dont even worry, ur parents will just say not to speed, the cops wont do anythin, the guy cant prove it so if u think its gonna get bad then deny the whole thing, he has no proof
 
sue the guy for irreparible damage to your reputation, your parents now dont trust you and that has lost you thousands of dollars
 
at most the police can tell you that they had a report that you did blah blah blah and tell you to drive safe and not do it again. They can't issue a ticket on what somebody else says you did unless you admit it openly to the police, and even then they probably wouldn't do anything.
 
so I cop just came to my door and talked to my dad they arent going to do anything (cops) but my parrents arnt letting me drive for a while.
 
you cant get in any legal troule, but your parents might go alittle overboard and ground you for a long time or something
 
Legally, your not screwed at all, because if he was going slow eneough to obstruct traffic moving at a safe speed then you had the right to pass him, so he was just being a jerk
 
dude he probally didnt have any friends in highschol so dont worry about it any ways the cops didnt see it so how do u know the cops will belive the old guy....just dont worry about ti quick
 
1st off cops can't do shit because what the guy said is "heresay". unless the police saw you pass speed whatever first hand they can't do shit, they are just trying to scare you. you could easily say you saw the guy throwing out beer cans while he drove and did a line off his dash they couldn't do shit to him. fuck him say you want to apologize to the guy 1st hand and when he opens the door kick him in the balls (leves no marks) and walk away
 
atleast you can go skiing.. yeah not driving sucks but not skiing is worse, you can always hitch rides to the mountain.
 
When I was in school, I sat like 2 seats down from this kid in webdeisgn. Well I heard this story about a week ago, that this kid, we will call him "n" was speeding through a shopping plaza andsome guy yelled somethin and gave him the finger. So "n" gets out and stabs the guy. then the guy gets the knife and stabbed him back...

You could have stabbed th guy and now face 3-5 years in Juvy

I would say he cant do shit. He is in no right to do that. I remember I passed someone once and they followed me to my house and stopped like out in the street at the end of my drive. So I got out my car and they pulled away. old people....
 
yeah dude your fine. Your parents shouldnt get that mad but then again I dont know your parents..You didnt break the law, that guy was probably just mad that some kid passed him and there was nothing he could do about it. If the cops didnt radar gun you while you were speeding then you were never speeding.
 
Holy shit dude, you're FUCKED. F_U_C_K_E_D! Here's what I would do. Grab a shotgun, or any gun you can get a hold of. If you don't have one, go buy one for like a hundred bucks at Walmart. Round up your family in your living room with the gun and keep them there until the cops arrive. When the cops show up, tell them you've got hostages. That should keep the cops away. But you need to show them you are serious. Shoot your dad in the stomach with the shotgun, that will disembowel him, then spread his guts out all over your front steps so those fucking cops can see it.

Then demand a helocopter and some money, and free travel to Mexico and get going. Take iether your sister or mother with you, and kill any other family members you leave behind so they can't give hints to the cops as to where you might go. Once you get to Mexico, shoot your mom or sister in the head and dump her body in a Mexican sewage ditch and move in with a prostitute and call her your wife and get a job at a local Mexican produce market and adopt the name "Juan Jimenez". You'll be golden.
 
yeah you can even deny it to your parents, they might say dont speed, but i think the thing you should be worried about is how you spelled "fallowed" in your first post on this thread haha
 
its happened to me before...supposedly I was racing through town and some lady was crossing the street and I just ripped by her...she phoned in my plates and 30 minutes later a cop showed up at my door. couldn't do shit but tell me that I need to be safe blah blah blah
 
that happened to my freind onece, except he was purposely tailgating as a joke for like 3 mins, and the dumb bitch behind us called the cops, and then she followed us untill we stopped and lectured us, and we gave her the finger, said "fuck you, dumb bitch", and drove off. the next day the cops showed up at his house, and asked if he was tailgating, and he said that he diddnt even take his car out yesterday. the cop just said "ok, sorry to bother you" and left.
 
no, the cop cannot fine your for something he did not see happen(including video)...so unless you were caught on video the worst the cop can do is give you a warning citation which is basically extra toilet paper.
 
Ive had the same thing happen to me a few times and the cops have told me if we were there u would have gotten a ticket, but basically you can tell the person to fuck off becasue there is nothing they can do. most of the time when someone does that the cops wont even call but theyve called me once or twice.so dont worry about the cops at all.
 
You could fight it and win even if the cop was right there the whole time.

But since he was never at the scene, this would hold no weight in court. And if for any reason they even tried to issue you a traffic citation (ticket), you could take that cop and the guy to court and make a complete mockery of them in front of the judge.

If the police department calls you again, just start speaking chinese and hang up.

Also as far as the person who said their friend's passed an undercover cop. No worries, most states they are completely powerless as far as traffic citations.

I've been pulled over by undercover cops in the past and just given warnings, because they don't have power. And if you tried, you could shut them down with 100 different laws.

Another time, I passed a cop because he was going slow. heh, he didn't like that too much.
