How safe is Paypal?

I'm not selling anything but i thought this should go here cause its a pretty popular way to send and recieve money.

So how safe is paypal?

If you use paypal and never get what you bought do you get your money back?

What if the seller said brand new coat and the coat was a ripped up dirty peice of crap?

If someone looks totally unlegit is it safe as long as you use paypal?

***i know there is a gift option on paypal and then it doesnt do any good to use paypal, but if you did the right options and stuff what would be the answers to these questions?

to get money back file a claim on paypal. use their feedback to know if they are legit

VERY sfe, never had an issue using it best way to pay, very easy to. Dont worry bout it!

As far as sending and recieving money, it is very safe. Refunds are a little bit harder to deal with, especially if the other person in the deal isn't cooperating. There's an appeals/reporting process and shit, and it's generally just kind of annoying, but if the guy is legit, it's SUPER easy to use.

i know theyre really good about sending and recieveing money. I'm just worried about buying something and then not getting it.

you make a callout on the guy and give his phone number to everyone on NS so we can call during night and make him wanna die.

but seriously you just ask all the info about the guy and if something goes wrong you make a callout and you will know the power of NS.
