one of my old friends dad is 83 and she's 16. Her mom's 51.

53 but is so freakin fit, i don't get how he can be so fit for his age but he can work my ass on long runs and biking (road biking) is always working, he makes me look bad

that's the same w/ my dad and mom. They're road bike crazy. both bike to work, but my dad goes from richmond to north burnaby everyday, that's like 45 km or something. they're nuts. none of their healthy living stuff has rubbed off on me, hehe

mid 50's. he still rides his motorcycle ( triumph tiger, looks cool) to work every day. he is in really good shape also, but from boxing. he doesnt fight anymore(in rings), but still trains to stay fit. he can fuckin punch
