How often do fights happen at your resort?

There was a bunch of boarders at my local resort today (only the 3rd day open this season) that said they were gonna fight another group of boarders if they came through "there" park again. so...they came through again and a fight went down.

Do random little things like that happen often at your local mountain?
 
Hah, i know. its so dumbb. but random stuff happens like that all the time at my local resort. not always fights. but theres always somthing going on stupid. prolly cuz everyone gets angry that theres only 3 runs...

any d bag that shows up at my hill ends up leaving by 11:30 in the morning. No one likes them. I get all the people from NYC who think that they own the mountain when this is there first of two days they snowboard a year. They think just because they snowboard they are better than skiers. Even our boarders hate them

thats usually how we are. but then you have these kids that think they own the place, (when they totally suck) and try to break the love of all of the other guys out there.
 
There's usually none of that at my mountain but just today there was like this 3 girl bitch fight in the lodge, it was ridiculous. And it all started cause this girl had the same outfit as another girl...
 
I was at a different hill from my own one time and some boarders were sitting in the landing and I almost splattered them so I told them off and they wanted to try and kick my ass and I just said yo look at my boots theyre fuckin hard plastic you really want to try and kick by ass? and they were just like yeah what ever and went on there way
 
I'm surprised there hasnt been a fight at my hill yet. I go to a tiny little hill in the midwest probably half the size of a garbage hill. Theres three runs, one which contains a jump and a couple boxes/rails so theres madddd lines for the features. Only thing though is that theres like 5 snowboarders who think they're the shit and snake infront of everyone everytime. I get so pissed cuz everyone will wait their turn except for them and no one steps up and says something. I always think what would happen if they were right about to drop and i snaked them, but then i feel like i'm just being a hipocrit. I'll say something one of these times when i dont ski alone haha
 
two words, Hockley Valley, there's a fight there at least once every two weeks on friday nights. its gotten to the point where they have rent a cops come just in case people start shit.
 
there was a fight at my mountain last weekend. im not sure why it happened but it was the two gaper dudes who got super pissed at each other. i didnt see it but thats what i heard. usually the place is pretty chill though.
 
its not regular at my mountain. it just happened today for the first time, so i was wondering if its a problem at other mountains. all the skiers are for sure chill. then there are some gay boarders. but most of the boarders are super chill too.
 
that is really really lame.

although i would love to watch two groups of snowboarders throw some mean slaps at each other above a park, and then explain to mom why they can't come back to the mountain when they get picked up in the wood paneled mini van
 
last year a fight went down between a cat driver and a few boarders at loon. thats the only one i know about but, the snowbaorders weree smack talking to the cat driver (this was really late at night so they shouldn't have been there anyway) but the cat driver told them to get out of the way, and they just started pelting the multi million dollar cat with snowballs. the guy gets out and sizes them up, starts to walk away and one boarder punches him in the face, breaking his glasses. the boarders were absulutely wasted at the time.
 
A couple fights, mostly started by douchebags from my school.

I almost got into a fight once, when I yelled at some dumbass boarder for walking around on a jump, trying to "fix" it (not int the park). He got all confrontational, but I just skied away cause it was the second day of the season and i didn't want trouble.
 
ha there was an awesome one at our mountain, there was some like 50 year old chubby super gaper riding through the park, and he had his son with him who had to be like 4, he was tiny. and the little kid was pretty much out of the way of a landing to a rail, but sorta close, like he was probably 10 feet to the side and 20 feet down, and some faggy thuged out lucas magoon/mfm wannabe comes out of the rail and sprays the shit out of the little kid, calls him a little fuck right to his face, and his awesome dad in his sick one piece comes over and tells the wigger kid to calm down, the kid pushes the old man and starts cussing, so the old man punches the kid in the face and ski's away, and everybody around them starts cheering and giving the old man high 5's while making fun of the thug kid for getting his ass kicked.
it was so awesome. i mean i think gapers are awesome, but i dont like it when they get in the way, but in this case the kid was fine, like you would have to go out of your way to hit him, and he was 4 years old, you cant cuss out a 4 year old, thats just fucked up and gay, but it was awesome to see some dorky neon fat gaper just lay out some tough guy thug kid, it made me so happy.
 
seen a couple but very rare, there has been a couple times some old ass dudes have started shit with me. One guy straight up shuved me to the ground cus he said i cut off his son on a wall ride after i called drop from the top of the hill but his son turned into the park from the other run and barely missed me at the base of the wall. I got in his face and this dude was ready to beat me down, ski patrol came and i got bitched out until some guy defended me cus he watched the whole thing, so they just told me to keep skiing. then another time one guy straight pushed me in the lift line cus he said i was fucking up the line cus i waited a lift for my friend then he told me to go to the back of the line like he owned the place so i just got on the lift and told him to blow himself
 
yeah, i thought the creator was talkin bout fights AFTER skiing or in the evenings in general while going to bars and stuff

but ON THE MOUNTAIN? thats unbelievable
 
Watching that clip, Johnny Tsunami is a dope skiier, skiing like that without dying isn't that easy, especially while looking that out of control. Props to him.
 
theres actually a decent amount of fighting at wisp, i organized a fight between my friend and this other kid from my school last year.

it was funny, like they had no reason to fight but to keep us entertained.

that may be cruel, but they both were doen with it, no one got hurt and they were friends afterward.

no harm no foul.
 
some gaper dad wanted to fight me a few weeks ago in the park on blackcomb. his son (probably 8 or 9) was standing in the landing to a box, and the box was kinda on a roller so you couldn't really see the landing from the top. so when I saw this, I kinda skied over to the guy and [very politely] was like "it's very dangerous for your son to be standing there, he's in the landing to a terrain park feature right now." the guy got super pissed, yelled at me that he "knows what the fuck he's doing" and started skiing towards me all (what he imagined to be) aggressively. I just laughed and skied away.
 
haha a snowboarder tried to start a fight with me today actually...my ski popped off on the rail and landed in the landing of the rail. so as i was walking to get my ski he hit the rail and got super pissed off cuz i was on the landing. people take themselves waaaay to seriously sometimes.

 
Shit...better start packing heat....It is after all a thug life in the park these days....all I see are OE 40's and XXXXL coats and pants....I would be able to see a gun if they had one...I actually scared now...
