How much will a tramp help my skiing

not necisarily your skiing. just cause you can land a trick on the tramp doesnt mean you will be able to take it to the snow. but it deffinatly works on the comfort level in the air and controll. and helps you get the feel of how tricks are thrown and spotting landings

well since I got my tramp Ive tried stuff Id never try first time on snow actually Im really lookin forward to this season now because of my tramp

The walmart on is nice just got the 14ft. Jumpsmart makes a rectangle one that is so nice with people double bouncing u can easily get enough air to over rotate doubles and stuff. but tramps help build muscle memory so u can spin faster and u are more confident. they also help with air awareness. i would say get one or go to a gym and get a coach if u really one kill.

so does anyone have some imput on how much better the tramp I posted that can be bought online is compared to ones at say walmart?

jea

i just go to the pool with non-spring boards and learn stuff. also a near waist high bed works for front flips haha

just get the wal mart one. Surprisingly i got mine like 3-4 years ago, left it out through every winter I've had it. And it works better than all of my friends combined still.

idk trampolines are weird for me...i pop different. on trampolines i learn everything popping straight up, where as on skis i pop forward so i don't land backseat. hence, i suck at spinning on trampolines and always get off axis and land on my side. but yea it'll help ur skiing a lot

no question about it, if you have the money then get the rectangle tramps, they are a billion times better.

trampolines are fucking great, i mean im in college and i can still entertain myself for an entire day on one. I'm actually stoked I found a gymnastics place by my school with a tramp to foampit type thing and some other sick shit. But bouncing on a tramp and doing tricks isn't going to automatically transfer over to your skiing. It's more of a confidence builder. It does however help you with muscle memory, and getting certain thing dialed. As for which tramp, I like circle tramps more, i tend to float to the sides in the air and always end up landing in the net alot more often when im on a rectangular tramp

doing rodeos and stuff like that off the trampoline has helped me, not necessarily helped me doing rodeos on skis but it has helped me get the confidence to go bigger

This much | | but on a more serious note tramping helps in the awareness and feel for the trick but it's not a direct transfer from tramps to skis
