How much trouble are they in?

i am reminded of super troopers for some reason. hopefully the cops were like that. maybe theyll just get charged for littering and
 
its so fucking stupid that all that stuff is illegal. Its your life and i mean are they really that bad. They are all hippy drugs. Stuff like that can deffinitally take over some peoples lives but on scale of bad ness should some one go to jail for having that stuff.? weak
 
x is a pretty big deal as is acid shrms and weed can be overlooked but they definitely need a lawyer a good one and if they are out of state..well that complicates things quite a bit
 
10 years ago, the most trouble they could be in was for what they got pulled over for unless any of the stuff was in plain sight. in other words if they got pulled over for speeding and the cops checked the trunk and found all this shit, the cops could confiscate it but no charges could be pressed because the shit was discovered illegally.

BUT in post-9/11 america, congrats, they are fucked. thanks to george dub and the patriot act, everything i said above is void. cops could randomly come and search your house now just because they think you look shady, and anything they find is legit in court
 
hmm, acid is the bad one, E will get them in some trouble too, shrooms and weed not quite as bad, they definitely need a lawyer, cause if it was in a pullover, the cop more than likely did something illegal, it's very common, i had a friend who got pulled over and arrested for possession with the intent to distribute, but had the whole thing dropped because the cop made an illegal search, making anything he picked up not valid evidence that could be used. that's probably their best bet.
