How much trouble are they in?

my friends were on a roadtrip and they got pulled over and the cop busted them for possesion. they had acid, shrooms, a ton of weed and maybe ecstasy. i know that 3 are in jail 2 are out on bail but what happens now, how much trouble are they in?
 
Acid isn't a good thing to have on you when the police come...

I dunno man, it depends from state to state, but they aren't exactly in a good spot.
 
they might try to pin them for drug trafficking if there is alot and thats is really not good at all
 
bunch of my buddies were on a road trip. they were all canadian and got pulled over in kansas for speeding. they had a whole slew of drugs on them. one of my friends to the rap for everything and ended up having to spend 30 days in jail.

good chance they are gonna get charged with trafficking if they had a shitload of weed, plus shroom, e, and acid to top it off...

its their first time so not that much especially if its in california. if it was california they just have to do the drugs with arnold schwarzenneggar in his mansion.

go to rehab and shit like that, if the authorities or the judges want to say that you had too large a quantity of drugs to be considered personal use, then they deserve to die
 
Really really fucked. If it was in Utah they would get charged with attempted manslaughter. Depends on the state, but regardless, they are all screwed
 
You aren't winning any case in court with that evidence, just try to get help #1 because drugs will take your life down the tubes, and also it might look good in the judges eyes so maybe he'll lower the sentance somehow.
 
the acid and shrooms are gunna get them fucked. did you know that if caught growing a small amount of mushrooms for personal consumption is on the same level as having a meth lab. how fucked up is that?

my dad's a prosecutor, the chief one for our county and trust me, they don't try to nail people for everything they can just because they can. Most of the people they deal with are complete fuckheads. And what were those kids doing with all that shit in their car in the first place?
 
no they were going to be hippie hiking in the badlands. yea they are all big fans of fear and loathing, i think therye retarded. and also i heard that they divided the possesion evenly amongst everybody, i guess the cop was pretty nice but they still went to jail and shit.
