How much should I sell these for? To a friend

I have the newest 1260 w. p 10 ti lifters. All of its a year and a half old and in pretty good condition. No major scratches and well kept skis. My friend wants to buy the skis from me. I don't feel like posting pictures but what would be a good price range to sell this ski to him for?
 
Word, if it's a buddy you're trying to get into skiing and you don't use them anymore, just give them to him. make him buy lunch at the hill or something though. If he already skis though and just wants another pair of sticks, sell 'em cheap, $125 sounds fair.
