How much should I pay for new skis from 2003?

Last season I broke 2 pairs of skis, im now on my third and they look like they're not gonna last much longer... So I decided to look around for cheap alternatives to paying 300$ a pair. At my local ski shop I found a pair of untouched 2003 head mad trix, still in the wrapping. They've been sitting there for years and the price on them has hardly dropped... They want 350$ish for them, How much should I offer them? I was thinking around 100$ max 140$.

i wouldnt go over 150. on the upside, those skis are practically bullet proof.

Tell them you are have a limited time restraint and needs skis ASAP, either they sell the apparently unsellable skis, or they never sell it. I think max $200 but its how much you want to spend really. Yeah those skis are pretty tough.
