Piss is concentrated full of stuff but if you drink water it would probably stay a similar concentration. You'll eventually develop problems with blood levels of various things though so yes it would eventually come out "worse" as the levels of solutes in your blood rise. Urine has a purpose and that's to filter out all sorts of stuff your body doesn't need. Reingesting that over the long term, while sterile for a very short time period would inherently be a risky health decision since it's a highly concentrated solution.
