How much does your local shop charge to mount skis?

shops will always charge high if you buy online. mine are always free cuz i buy in shop they are more expensive on skis but it is easier to warranty you get perks like discounts on clothing and shit.
but usually a ski mount shouldnt cost more than 50-60
 
Theres an old Russian guy at the ski dubai shop and i buy him a bottle of vodka every couple of weeks and he will wax my skis, fill in chips and whatnot. Pretty legit deal if you ask me. hahahaha
 
The last time i went to my shop to have skis mounted, they charged me $50 and mounted them backwards, then refused to give me a refund/replacement. Now i just mount all my skis by myself.
 
30$ and they bent my brake, i take like 30 minute every time i go pretty fast. My brother got is Fujas mount there and the guy over drill them and they give him a new pair. Pretty legit
 
depends on the shop. i mount alot of my own shit unless i dont have time. a rush mount(2 hour turn around) at one of my shops is $40
 
my local shop is 50 bucks for everything waxing tuning mounting sharpening and my skis needed heli coils. if you buy your skis from the shop all that is only 10 bucks.
 
$40 for my skis last year when there was another competing shop in the area

i paid $70 this year after said competing shop went out of business...i hate buckmans

both of those were with a ski patrol discount which is 20% i think
 
i paid 20 today at the cheapest place

but at "my shop" its like 50 for a mount and a full tune and 30 for a mount

25 if u buy skis boots or bindings from us, and if its an expensive setup, ill give the mount for free, otherwise its 100$ if u dont buy anything from us. There is only 1 other ski shop near us and its 80$ for mount there and they do a shit job. We have the test machine, which costs around 30g's And we can have it done in 15-20 minutes for u. 100 sounds like alot, but to be honest it really does save us business when ppl know about the mount cost. Competing against online websites is getting harder and harder each year.
 
in oz ive paid 120 for a remount, wax/tune, had no choice since flying to the snow that afternoon

major jippage, although in red lodge i once got a mount w free wax for 20 bucks..
 
I have 3 shops to choose from. Two of the three charge $80 for mounting and want to keep my skis for a couple of days The other, which i feel is the most legit out f the three, charged me $40 and did it in less than 20 minutes from the time i dropped them of. They were even buisy...the tech guy kinda just stopped what he was doing and mounted them. Soooooooo legit
 
If you buy your skis and bindings at the shop - $25

If you buy just your skis or just the bindings there- $50

If you didn't buy either of them there- $75

Y cant my dad mount bindings? I paid 75$ just for mountings

Free if you buy the bindings and skis at the shop, and like 20$ if you take em in for me
 
wow, my shop is15$ if you dont buy the binding or ski from us. you buy the boots and you dont get shit. if the person is chill or a friend or comes back every year, you give it to them for free. how was 100$ justified, it takes all of 10-15min to mount, unless its a jig mount but still 30 min max. are you sayin that the temps time is 200$/h?
