How much does your gear weigh?

just as the title says,

how much does your gear weigh?

my skis with bindings-2005 public enemies with rossignol 100 bindings weigh in at about 12-13 lbs

and my boots from last season, nordica bsx, size 25.5 weigh in at about 8 lbs together.

my new boots for this season, salomon mission rs8 weigh in at 9lbs together

so im looking at riding with 22lbs of gear...

snowboard boots have certain boots that are really light, do ski boots have these too?

i really felt all those 21 lbs last season skiing...=/

what do you guys think about weight of your gear and how it affects your performance?
 
well you are skiing the heaviest skis known to man.

i dont know how much all my stuff weighs but i guarantee its a lot heavier than that. the bindings on my 185 scratch bcs weigh 9 pounds.
 
yeah man the 05's are bricks, i used to rock the super old line assassins with these ghetto ass bindings i cant even remember and i know they weighed a ton...hopefully i lighten my setup this year with the salomon spk's
 
The only thing that could have made the assassins any heavier were the reactor bindings, and even SPK or Full Tilt boots wouldnt help that.

Now i have last years Anthems with the Px12 jib bindings, and last year SPK Kreation boots, and it feels like i have nothing on my feet.
 
well i try to have a light set up, all i know off the top of my head is my EPs weigh 9 lbs with 4frn 614 on them

i have no idea about any specifics, but i know that my motherships and sth16's weigh a ton, but they're supposed to.
 
are the 05s really that bad?

these are my first twin tips and i thought they did pretty well...

but what do i know?

the k2 public enemies were the first skis i've bought lol

before that i was using rentals, and they were rentals from the resorts..

so i guess the k2 public enemies are my first twin tips that i've skied with.

the 05s do look nice though...
 
oh, and also

the i bought rossignol sprayers(twin tips 158cm) they weighed in at about 11lbs with bindings...

its only a 2 lb diff...from the PEs
 
well im going off what fed ex said they weigh when they got shipped to me with the bindings mounted
