How much does legal bud cost in colorado?

i don't see what fault youre trying to point out. why would people NOT complain about stupid illegality and/or high prices?

that's how any industry works, people want to pay less of their hard earned money for the things they buy. why should they not have the right to complain about high prices due to an immature (legal) weed economy that's only so immature due to it being illegal for so long, for reasons that have been ripped apart by anyone who knows the history?

Does anybody know if the price of medical from dispensaries that can't sell recreationally has changed?

I hereby announce a new internet rule; If you don't smoke, dont make smoking jokes. You'll look like a fucking idiot

So If you can buy it? What are the restrictions on growing your own?

Are you allowed to purchase a strain from a seedbank? Then grow a couple plants?

I'm pretty sure part of 64 stated that dispensaries couldn't start growing in mass amounts until January 1. So obviously now that they've started the price will go down as their supply grows.

every one complains about produce prices when they could grow their own produce also.face it most americans are LAZY and think money is everything

Not easy growing all your own veggies though. You can also make your own clothes, make your own skis, walk everywhere, eat only animals you hunt etc. Get on it you lazy American! Why do you shop anywhere!?

can purchase clones and seeds at shops and grow 6 plants under the state law but denver said anything nder 12 plants isnt likely to get you in trouble

yes up to a gram or something maybe even an oz... i forget but you can buy concentrates and in large enough quantities you shouldnt have too much trouble getting what you need

thats fairly expensive too. I pay 50 for 1/4 on the street and it isnt taxed so its cheaper. honestly i do not think legal prices will ever beat illegal but then again i will pay some to get it legally and support schools

12 plants?! Man you can get so much bud off of one alone. Get like 4 bc big buds or some grizzly bud and you'll be smoking weed as much as you want. You'll have enough to hook up your friends too

ya but everything is hydro here pretty much so the biggest plants i have seen are small (4-5 feet) when they are harvested vs some like 6 or 7 ft stuff ive seen in the NW

60-65 after tax for an 1/8th at any spot around denver.

the tax rate state wide is 25%, denver has a tax rate of 37%.

the price of medical has bumped up about 20% since legalization too, but you can still get a medical quarter for about 5$ less than a retail 8th.

hopefully after the first commercial grow cycle is available in march prices drop again, and competition should jump up once more retail centers get their licenses.

Side note: The excise tax disappearing would only affect retail price by about 7 percent, since it's a tax on wholesale, not the retail price. I can also find nothing saying it will go away after a year, hb13-1318 states that it goes into effect on january 1st, and the first 40m raised annually from it goes to schools and anything on top of that goes to the marijuana fund.

Good luck getting voters to get rid of a vice tax that supports education.

Hey don't complain.. My hookups are $60 for an eighth so I don't get what you bitches are complaining about. You are getting top shit for that. Kinda pisses me off that you selfish idiots can't accept good things in life.

Sorry for your lack of understanding. I suppose I could have worded that a little better. He sells them at school and keeps no profits. Idiot.

Tommy Chong started a website cannasaver.com to be a groupon for marijuana. The legal section has g's of wax for $25. That looks good from here on the east coast!

For me, the high tax and jump in price is worth it being legal due to sheer convenience. Being able to just pop into a store quickly and have weed in less that five minutes is great. Zero hassle. Not to mention the money's going right back into our state, a ton of it to schools.

here in SF shops run a delivery service exactly like Mr. niceguy. you dont need a card, just the number. a bike messenger delivers it, and its $40, $50, and $60 eighters. And $70, $90, and $110 quarters.

Its basically like a mobile shop that comes to you complete with 10-20 types of bud, and all the hash oils/waxes, edibles, and keef you could want. Its a pretty darn good deal IMO.

Im cool with the current prices. I smoke darn near every day(only a toke or two, except when skiing when it is much more) and an eighter lasts me around 6 weeks. Good weed should be enjoyed like a fine red wine. therefore it should be priced similarly.

yeah, thats pretty outrageous, these 40% taxes are even boning us instaters, you might as well still get your card so that you don't have to pay out the ass...
