How much are your student loans?

Wait your parents don't pay for it? My daddy payed for my first two years and has money for the other eight years too. He was complaining that he had to pay a lot of money to the director for me to get in because I have too low of an average or something stupid like that. I also got a Mercedes E class for my first year because I got all my credits. And him and mommy decided I would get $300 000 for graduating! You have to work for money? Pfft
 
i graduated with an associated degree from a stae college, and about $ 17,000 in loans. i have about $3000 left and ive been working for three years
 
i'm currently at $6,000 and i'm a junior...idk i'm super pissed that i don't qualify for financial aid, i can't get an on campus job :(
 
no hate, but you jsut got a new/ sick as aids merc?! no wonder you dont qualify for fin aid.

im at 30k a year, stoked. idk how much me/ my rents can pay a year, but i figure ill be right around 50k+ in debt by the time i graduate.
 
ok i understand your point but still i don't care how much money someone has it's still tough to shell out $20,000 a year + books + rent/utilities + other expenses.

..and i've only driven it 3 times, my dad took it lol.
 
haha depending on how much money people have.. it could actually be not a problem for them to shell out 30 grand a year. and, why did your dad take your mercedes? I bet it wasn't even your car you just posted it up on NS saying it was..
 
irrelevant but you're right it isn't mine. i didn't buy it, it's not in my name, and well therefore it's not my car. it was an early graduation gift and now my dad drives it because well he doesn't want it at college.

and yes true if your dad is makin like $300,000 a year, it's not a problem haha but mine isn't.
 
i will be at 6000 at the end of my freshman year so ya i should be fucked by the time i graduate so my plan is to never gratduate cause there are all subsidized.
 
i didnt need any but both me and my brother had to take out huge loans to help my brother pay for his school
 
gotcha, its straight redic, im paying 30k a year just cause im out of state, in state pays 10-12, its fuckin lame. if i was instate id have like 10k debt which is manageable. even state school are way more expensive than they should be though.
