i wear one and i ski outside of toronto i dont always wear it but i i always have one in my jacket or around my neck if it not on my face. it can get pretty cold here some times but not as cold as parts of qubec

If you mean by something covering my face, usually just a balaclava. I have a full face mask from Japan but never wear it.

back on the east coast i did, it doesn't get cold enough in whist for me to need one now though, i never found them to be very comfortable.
