How many bikers are on ns

tell us what you ride and post up some picsi ride a 2007 klx250 with some nice fresh crash wounds from a drop yesterday.its funny the thoughts that run through your mind when your crashing "holy shit im a sliding on ma ass"

As my road bike, I ride an 883 Harley Davidson Sportster.
But everything else I have an old 175 Indian dirtbike.

My ride is the Yellow CB200 and my Buddies bike is the R75

i ride quads. i got an 05 dvx 400 worked and everything. and i ride my friends 2010 crf 150r big wheel just as fast. its got balds on it now cause of a shit ton of road riding haha

man, i really want to get my license, but it seems so dangerous. my family wont let me, especially my dad, his friend died riding. but after having his bike sit since i was born, he just took it apart and fixed it this weekend. so i now want to learn to ride.
how much danger is there really. i live in canada. ontario (if location has anything to do w.it, i know its fine in europe, safer there)

well i ride in nova scotia. as long as you play it safe and dont screw around you will be fine. i know Ontario law is way different from mine with your rating system while we have a simple system of beginner can ride whatever the hell he wants as long as, no passengers, no booze, daylight hours, and the full licence is any motorcycle you dam well want whenever you want with the same conditions attached to your current car drivers licence. Ive been driving for a year now and my first accident was just yesterday. i dumped a turn because of 2 reasons. i was driving to fast in front of my friend and the turn i hit had gravel invisible to a rider until its to late. take the safety courses and ride a loud bike. they piss people off but pipes save lives. i get a lot more attention with a fmf then my friend on a stock drz400 that recently got totaled by a car that didn't see him because he couldn't be heard.

^^thanks, i will do all the safety courses i can and be sure to get a nice loud bike. is ur friend ok?
oh and is there a special way to crash (you said dump) (and are you okay?) hope ur not writing from the hospital

my friend corrie has a hole in his knee (something went in its a hole not a cut) and had a severe concussion. he stayed the night at the hospital for observation and is wraped up in a full leg cast for a bit. the bikes finished. dumping is like drifting a car when you dont want to. the back slides out and you end up sliding across the road. bring your arms up to your face and in. try sliding on any Armour if possible or your ass in jeans because the pockets are twice the thickness. ive got road rash and a nice new pair of assless jean chaps but otherwise im just sore.

thanks for the info, glad you guys are okay. and maybe soon NS will have one more biker. thanks.
