How long for a typical warranty?

Ive never had to warranty a pair of skis before, so im wondering, typically, how long does it take? I sent my skis back on March 28th, but armada must be really busy, because I havent heard anything?

you guys are all idiots. he means how long does it take for armada to receive his defective skis and send him back new ones

how did you send it out.

did you throw them in the mail?

contact armada for an RA #?

send them through your shop?

it all makes a difference. if it was through your shop its usually a 3-4 week turnaround. if you did it yourself you might see them by summer

Sent it you prepaid insured freight, payed for 3 day shipping

got an RA # from armada

I drove 5 hours to buy my skis, so I sent them privatley

However, I have contacted the shipping company, adn they dont know where my skis are, adn armada hasnt recieved them....so......? Myabwe they lost them?

Could be, but if they were insured then you'll get new skis anyway.

i had a pair of invaders and it took about 3 weeks

it took my dogens about 1.5 weeks, and my armadas about a month
