How long do you ski?

wow, 7-10 hours is ridiculous. most of the time i usually ski around 5-7 hours. if it sucks then i stay for around 3-4 hours

when touring in the BC, i can be out for 4 to 8 hours or longer. it really depends on the snow conditions and the weather. If the weather turns bad or the snow gets unstable, it could be as short as 1 hour.

this year I seam to be doing a 4 hour shift up on the hill. 10am - 2pm. The lifts only run for 6 hours a day here... and on pow days you'll see me up there for 5 - 6 hours. Sometimes I only get up for an hour or so, but I live 3km away from the hill and don't work in the winter... so only getting in one hour of skiing in doesn't really seam like a missed day of skiing, you know?

I remember being in high school though. I'd ski from noon till 10pm everyday. by around 8pm I'd start to burn out but my ride wouldn't come to get me till 10. there were a few 9am - 10pm's as a kid as well. 13 hours a day of skiing. Yea, I was core!

I might ski 7 hours straight with maybe a trip to the car and nothing to eat or drink but if I am at my hill with a house on it I will ski for 1-4 hours and then go in for at least 20 minutes.
