How is Bloom Outerwear quality?

inb4 BloomOuterwear posts with their amazing customer service

no really. Good outerwear, good quality, GREAT personal attention. Jim makes me feel loved

While were on the topic, I'm 5'8" and around 140lbs. Medium or Large for the pants? I want these to be baggy but not ridiculous. I'm looking at the upward pant.

I'd say medium. Take a look.

It's really nice, really high quality material, and top notch stitching. fits perfectly too, its big, but you won't look like the Michelin Man.

I'd definitely recommend you grab some.

don't get me wrong, i love my bloom pants and i like the company but the quality on my pants was not good at all-they were soaked completely from normal use, and the seams ripped easily

I believe in honesty and being frank with our customers.

With that said, surprisingly, our first line ever in 2011-2012 turned out quite nice. There were a couple problems that our athletes and fans pointed out. The following year we fixed those problems and fixed problems we perceived ourselves.

This past year of 2012-2013, we released an even nicer line, which reflected the criticisms of the past. The line turned out even better than the previous one. We have had very few complaints this past year and overall our customers have been stoked! One common problem and criticism we have heard this past year was about the quality of the Velcro. Yes, we agree, the Velcro this year could have been better. Other than that, we haven't heard any complaints from our customers, and instead have generally heard from a lot of happy buyers.

So in terms of quality, we are doing pretty damn good for our second year into business. And next year is looking even better. And of course the Velcro is top notch in next year's line ;) which will be dropping in about a months time.

Bloom Is great. Jim has great customer service. I purchased last years mint chip highlighters and I loved them. I ripped the left ass cheek open and fixed it up with some duct tape. Totally my error though, busted ass hard and landed on my ejected ski. Probably picking up a new pair of Bloom pants this year.

dont be a pussy, get a large. I'm your exact size and got a large and think they fit perfectly, but then again I like my stuff real baggy so up to you haha

Go with large. Franchino had XL's this past year, and I had Large. (I'm just about 5' 8" and he's a little shorter)

haha im not even 5'8 and have xl. Its not ridiculous either. I have suspenders and roll the bottom cuff once so they dont drag

Im getting 12/13 onward jacket but can't decide between M and L. Im 5'7 and 130 lbs (if it makes any difference). I want loose and a little longer fit but not huge or stupid short either. I had armada long fit M and liked the fit but doesn't have to be that long.
