Don't even get down on yourself because of that. Find a better girl anyway. Your parents will understand, just maybe not at this point in time. Your school principle or whatever is a fucker, I'd fuck up his shit real bad man, just don't get caught. Find out who snitched on you and but their head off and put it on a pike and you'll be set.

That's some weak ass shit. For next time though, you don't have to allow yourself to be breathalyzed unless you're driving. You also did a good thing by not saying any names, and that "I'll help you out" bit is always bullshit. Cops don't want to help you out, they want to keep kids from drinking.

So unless your state has some different laws (which it may) I don't think you had to take the breath test.

NS fact police, if I'm wrong, correct me please. I want to get to the bottom of whether they can or cannot in most places.

dude I know how you feel. I was caught drinking four times before i turned 16 (once by my school). it fucking sucks everytime your like fuck im not gonna do this again or im just gonna take it easy for a while. It will get a lot better. the first week or so are awful but it gets better quick. your parents will forgive you just keep everything else good, your grades, ect. and also act like your wicked sorry even if you arent. every time i got caught I acted like a pusys to my parents, saying like "I dont know what I was thinking and im really sorry because I know i betrayed your trust (again), blah blah blah"
but thats wicked gay of your girlfriend to text you that especially because she didn't know the story. and im sure she was just scared/pissed off that she got caught, but shes not worth your time, seriously, forget her.

yeah I was caught by my parents 3 times in two months the year I turned 15 drinking. They went complelty spaz each time but they only caught me becauase I reeked of liquor so I managed to lsay I hadn't been drinking and they were just all suspicious because they caught me last time blah blah blah and that worked. But I was still in deep sheet and closely monitored not trusted very much. But got out of it pretty much inscaved was only grounded for 2 weeks. Still allowed to ski.

Sucks about your holloween. We had 8 kids turn up to our year 10 social pissed but htey just got 5 saturday detentions and had to appologise to the school and ha dtheir parents called.

The rest of us like 20 ppl who were also drunk are just good druns so after we went and got smashed at the after party until at 4am the cops were called and we all bailed and ran through a park. Cept this one kid who was off his face and tried to jump the fence and broke his leg haha fail.
 
oh update we broke up stoked on that and i go back to school tomorrow not stoked on that...i'll miss my five day weekend. hahaha
 
That's so shitty man... That sucks about your gf, but if she can't listen to you and understand, then she sounds pretty ignant. If I were you I'd just get her when she's away from her friends, and talk some sense into her. Just tell her the entire story and if she still doesn't understand than push her over a railing or something. haha. kidding. Sounds like a shitty halloween though, I'm sorry. I bet it'll turn around though, don't stress.
