How fucking stupid are these people...

I dunno. I'm not going to deny the presence of global warming, but is it really mankinds fault? How can we accurately forecast a major climate change and simultaneously prove that it is humanity's fault alone, when we can't even predict the weather accurately?
 
Global Warming isn't just warming. Its throwing the worlds systems out of whack, and weather starts going all fucky. Notice all the hurricanes in the last 2 years? its up like 100% (someone find the stat for me plz) . In the Day After Tomorrow, when the north atlantic current gets intterupted by the melting water from Grenland and the Arctic, it caused a hurricane so powerful, the eye of the storm sucked super cooled air fromt he upper troposphere and brought it to ground level, where it froze things solid at -100 degrees celcius (or something). now, this sent europe and North america into an ice age within the year. It happened before (according to the data in Al Gore's movie) when the ice wall containing the melted North american glacier spilled into the atlantic, carving out the St Lawrence seaway, and disrupting the North Atlantic, and sending europe into an ice age, within 10 years, hence the mammoths found frozen in ice, still intact. Im not sure about that fact, but i wouldnt be surprised. Anyway, this is how it will go down, probably sooner thatn later:

1. The ice melts.

2. The sea level rises 20 feet.

3. A hunderd or so major cities are underwater, especially those that didnt build a New Orleans style levee.

4. People will have to abandon the cities, those who dont will join into clans, and fight over the scraps. The diseases will run rampant. Bodies everywhere.

5. The billion or so displaced people will have to go inland. Refugee camps millions large. Big problems.

6. Things either start to get hotter, or get colder.

7. If it gets too hot, we have to live indoors, which will only accelerate the pollution in the air.

8. Too cold, and we all die, we wont be able to get to the ground soon enough, and we wont be able to drill through the ice, or blow through it, except with nukes, which will just radiate the water, making all the water poision to drink.

Maybe, like in the movie, it will stay warm aroung the equator, and we can survive.

maybe not.

but What is for sure, is that something incredibly serious and fucked up is coming, and we're not doing nearly enough to address it. Shortsightedness will kill us. Maybe all of us.

Whaddya think about that.

the earth has been and will continue to receive the exact same amount of UV rays. global warming isnt as big as what every one makes it out to be. oh the ice caps melted a bit. woopdeedoo..the earths climate is ever changing and what we predict to happen is not 100% guarenteed. every time there is a warm winter day people will always blame it on global warming, when in fact this year was actually an el nino year. people think that the seasons will always be the same and we will always have the same amount of snow every year. some people amaze me at how stupid they are. yes we are thinning the ozone layer but we are also reducing that every year with more and more energy efficient heat sources. take the new wind mill farms for example. there are thousands of those across the country. and geothermal energy use is expanding. people think that we are just degrading the whole world and it was never this bad. we dont know that for sure. there could have been "global warming" back in history that has never been recorded.
 
global warming is bullshit... the earth goes in cycles and because its the first time that people/humans have been around too see an event like this happening... another ice age will happen, it will just take many many many thousands of years for it to happen... were just being able to see the changes... damnit
 
wow that is stupid. everyone tries so hard to PREVENT global warming without even considering the fact that climate change is natural...so rather than preparing for inevitable climate change, they prepare to STOP GLOBAL WARMING OH YEA AL GORE YOU DA MAN

yea we do put a lot of co2 and pollutants into the atmosphere but it is all a cycle.

i do have the nerve to call someone else stupid. When i have learned more than that person has learned about one exact thing, and they think theyve reached the end, and start forcking it onto others, usually just for feedback to check if theyre right, and I call them stupid to kickstart them into looking into it deeper. just like in 2001 they were saying the sea level was going to rise over the next 5 years. 5 years later the sea level hasnt changed a bit
 
another thing i forgot to say. theyre trying so hard to STOP global warming when really the damage theyve done is permanent. the emissions trapped in the air, for the majority, permanently. over a short period of time, reducing emissions, meanwhile still consuming an astronomical ammount is isnt going to change the effect on the climate significantly. since what has been done to the world cant be reversed, htey should prepare for what climate changes will arise, rather than try so hard to "stop" global warming. because that is physically, and i can boldly say, impossible. more time should be spent on researching what will happen to the climate...and i mean really happen. the whole sea level thing is bullshit. antarctica is getting colder and the ice is getting thicker there, part of natural climate change, as the north is losing its glaciers.

alltogether i just think more time should be spent on preparing for hte inevitable. i should have said this in my other post.
