Theres about as much legal bias for rich white people as there is potential dads for anna nicoles baby.
 
I haven't really been all that invested in the anna nicole smith situation, but unless there are alot of potential dads, you're wrong. Even if you don't want to consider race, a good lawyer can turn a multiyear sentence into six months of probation and community service. Good lawyers cost money. Mad money. Poor people don't have money, that's why being poor sucks.
 
My friend did that when he was about 12 or 13 too. He never got caught but he did manage to hit a parked car.
 
So it isn't race*, and anyway, if you don't have a good enough lawyer to defend your case that isn't bias is it?
 
It's a bias of the legal system; people with money get better defenses and legal counsel than those without.

Do you really believe that race has no bearing on many of the sentences in the united states?
 
I think you're getting the words 'bias' mixed up with 'advantage', it's like saying it's unfair that a midget can't play basketball. And anyway, racial profiling/bias in the legal system has went down alot especially after all the hate crime lawsuits people have been filing.

 
im a faggot? you obviously dont now the implications of drug laws in the united states. ive had friends from texas and cali get busted for trafficking, the punishments are a bit more intense then they are up here in canada. your friends a fucken idiot. it doesnt take alot to fly under the radar when your pushing chronic. getting busted once could be just a bad mistake or fluke, if your getting busted again and again your fucking retarded and shouldnt be doing what your doing. go pump gas or something.

He messed up. Ok. Smoking pot doesn't make you a druggie. You shouldn't "rot in jail" for something as harmless as weed. He does it because he enjoys it, just like you enjoy skiing or, apparently, finding jobs. Maybe instead of judging other people you should try it before you knock it so you don't sound like a conceited, ignorant jackass. Thanks.

sorry but he has intent to sell and over an oz is a felony so thats 2 felonies, is he a first time offender? if he is they might cuz it down but hes basically screwed if he is more than first time
 
If the dads a good lawyer he is going to get off with a long probation and alot of community service and he could still be able to keep his scholarship
 
Depends. I forget the school he's going to.. if it's BU he's fine, they know everyone at their school drinks and smokes, but some schools will reject your application after they've accepted you for stuff like that.
