How flexible are you?

ok so sometimes when im in the air i miss grabs, but im pretty flexible so i think im just retarded hahaha. anyway feet together, legs straight, i can put my fingers flat on the ground, but not quite my palms flat on the ground

howbout you?
 
sadly i am extremely inflexible.....i can touch my hads to about half way down my shin. idk if its cuz i have long legs or something but its really bad...
 
not too flexable I can only touch the tips of my fingers to the tops of my feet no matter how much I stretch cant go any further
 
except my threads have a purpose, your threads are essentially

im not flexible worth shit but I can grab pretty well. Flexibility helps with grabs no doubt, but it has to do a lot more with muscle memory, technique, control (which ties in to technique and memory), and some good strength (generally).
 
I'm 6'6 and I stretch every day to make sure my groin/legs/hips/torso are nice and limber for grabs, spins, etc...

unless you have some sort of medical disorder there is no excuse for being inflexible. just fucking stretch.
 
I can touch my palms fully to the ground and I don't have short legs. I need to work myself back to being able to do the splits though. Pretty flexible in other stretches also.
