How does my 3 look?

not bad just need a grab, im workin on the same thing

yeah.. just make sure you don't forget about the pencil steeze cause it's fun to pull out every once in a while. Ladies love it
 
pop your knees and keep ur skis a bit wider apart...it will look and feel so legit and if ur grabbing lean forward a bit so ur not landing backseat
 
i like an uncrossed mute with my threes i find it helps you look over your shoulder easier
 
word. it looks alright. grabbing is good but id say more important is get a little more grouped in the air. like pull you knees up and keep your hands to your side.
 
When i started grabbing i kept landing short of rotation. Now i don't have that problem anymore but try spinning a bit more when you spin a 3 and try to grab it. Safety is definetly the easiest grab to begin with, then move on to double safety's and mutes. (Safety = 1 hand by the base of the ski in a crouched position, double safety would be both hands at the base of your skis in a coruched position)
 
no, an uncrossed mute is where (if spinning left) you take your right arm and grab the outside edge of your left ski in front of the boot. A safety is just grabbing right under the foot of your right ski with your right arm.
 
tuck your knees as soon as you pop and try to grab more next time, otherwise the spin was smooth, good landing.
 
I would say that to learn a grab in your spin, first you need to get out of the mode of doing pencil 3's. To do this you need to just take anything you are comforatable doing, a grab, a spread eagle, an iron cross, anything you are super comforatable doing at any time, and try to incorporate it into your spin. You can try to do this at 180 while looking back at the jump or even earlier. Pete O. in an article wrote to look back at the kicker, since I already know how to grab spins I never tried that, but it could be good advice. Once you break away from your traditional pencil style doing any variation in your spin it should be easier to start grabbing more and more.
 
thats the thing, the 3 i did in this vid was just a filler for the jump i was gonna hit right after, [i was gonna do a 5 on the next one], so i didnt really focus on bringin my knees up or anything.

i can bring my knees up everytime a pull a 3, and yes it does feel alot cleaner. i've been practicing on reaching down and touching my bindings for now, just to get used to bending over for a grab. im gonna try a few grabs this weekend, and ill see how that goes.
 
not bad at all, its smooth.. if you go for some grabs you will automaticaly bring your knees up..
 
looks like u have something up ur ass. Be relax when u do ur three's and spread ur legs out farther and grab that shit out
 
once you throw a grab in it will get rid of your pencil steeze, try some like dub safteys there always fun.
 
newschoolers now as apposed to to three years ago seems so much Nicer and friendlier! I member when it used to be Like , "is my 3 alright?" and then the first Joey to reply would be like "Fuck you, you suck". Or someone would be like "what am I doing wrong yo"? and then bitch be like ,"Omg sprout a dick and go fuck it".

haahaha, I dont know which way I like better though.
