that is so ass backwards. the majority of parents who by their kids new cars let them pick out what make and model they want, so obviously no kid is going to pick this. and even if a parent does get it for a teenager, 80 mph is still pretty fast on everywhere but a highway, so the speed regulation is a moot point.
