How do you wear your helmet if you wear one

exactly, and if the helmet is too big, then it doesn't fit properly and most probably won't protect your head properly.
 
I wear a headband. I have a giro 9.mx in XL.... the Large didn't fit my head (too small) but the XL is just a tad too wide on the edges, so I wear a headband to stay warm. Then I wear goggles around the outside. 
 
lost my helmet, but goggles over. i'm getting a red trace, so maybe i'll be "cool" and wear them underneath. But i would more than likley wear them over.
 
i have a fuse and i tried trying it on with goggles and a hat (seperatly) underneath and they would just slip down cause of the padding on the inside of the helmet.
 
I used to have wisdoms, so with that I wore my goggles underneath, but now I have corbars so ill put them on the helmet. Ant I always have a very thin beanie under my helmet otherwise im freezing of my ears.
 
I wear a (doo rag)or however you spell it, it helps incase you get the infamous google gap because A)it protects against the elements if th gap does appear and B) if you do get google gap with a doo rag on, you cant even tell there is a gap.
 
i wear a bad lt..and i put my goggle strap like underneath the chinstarp...by the ears...underneath the snaps on the ear flaps..it looks better than over the helmet, and keeps the gogs inn place, and the helmet stays in the same spot on my head perfectly..
 
i used to wear a bmx helmet with a buff and goggle underneath but now ive stopped being a cheapskate and now i wear a proper helmet. with goggles ontop
 
i rock them underneath because a pair of 85 dollar checkboard anon figments slid off the back of helmet when skiing once and i lost them
 
First I put on my Columbia Kazoo hat (with earflaps apart):

Then I put on my smiths over the hat:

Then over thoase I put on my Brown XL Giro S4 helmet (I know...bad pic):

And it all fits nice and snug. And for those of you who think its unsafe to wear stuff under the helmet i disagree because many times have I fallen and this helmet has protected my head amazingly.

 
I have beanie, helmet and goggles over, but sometimes I have a New Era a condom beanie and goggles and the helmet with a massive gap...sooo rad! or just condom beanie goggles and helmet...
 
i put a bandana under....with the goggles over..on my giro 9.9. But im gonna try and get a Giro G10 mx.
 
either a bandana or a do-rag, yes a ghetto ass do-rag that kicks ass because the back of it hangs out my helmet haha. but usually a bandana because i have a shaved head and my ears get cold too if i don't wear anything.
 
t all depends on what helmet you have with a bad luetenant you wear your gogglez underneith ( if you wear them over top you are a fag) the rest you pretty much just wear ur helmet with ur goggles overtop
 
I have a bad lieutenant so i where a hat and goggles under(as hatebreed said underneath is the only way to go with the bad..)
 
wrong wrong wrong! it also depends how long your hair is, the beanie keeps it in place, plus your head gets better isolation and cushing....
 
or if you are wearing a baker or any bern helmet and there are no earflaps, then it calls for a beanie, which also calls for a helmet that is to big for you so it will fit your head, so i guess your right
