How do you warm up?

I usually go to the kiddie park and try a few tricks i haven't done before, then go through the bigger one and try to hit every rail unnatural.
you?

For park? I just take a lap through, check everything out and do pretty mellow tricks. Unless I'm positive about the speed for the jumps, I'll usually straight air for a lap. I guess I just try to get the blood pumpin, and get a feel for the speed/conditions.

stretch by like sittin and reachin for my feet....then one day i didnt....i got a triple fracture and was oiut for the season...

I am pretty comfortable with speed and stuff at my home mountain so usually just straight air and then start tricking.

I usually straight air, straight grind everything first run, then if I'm feeling the speed and the pop of the jump I'll do something to get my adrenaline going so I'm pumped to try new things. My usual go-to trick is a flat 3, I know I'm going to land it every time, but it still get's me pumped to start skiing and spin other stuff.

1st run: hit most things, straight air and railslides.

2nd run: small tricks, usually screw around

3rd run: start trying stuff

for the first lap i hit the easier stuff and check out the harder stuff and see conditions

second lap i hit everything spin out some rails. and get a feel for the jumps and lips all that

third run start small spins and rail tricks

then progress after that. by like 7th run i got my best tricks on the best stuff and i keep doing that and clean up style or try new stuff or start getting creative.... so by like 11-12ish im doign my best stuff which is when it gets soft!. atleast in the spring

oh and i stretch when i get to the lodge real quick. and when i get to the top.... always take a long first run too. like go to the very top then to the park so i get loosened up

Usually I take one run on upper mountain then go to the park.First run in the park i just straight air and normal rail slidesthen start doin some threes or simple flips then start progressing from there

Strecht for 5 minutes. 1st run, i do the easiest trail the faster i can. 2nd run i go in park and do basic tricks.

i dono i like to get right into it. For the past month or so I've just been going straight into cork 7 first hit...not trying to claim, its just what i feel is easiest right now.

For park: Lap through the park, test speeds and snow, and some pop going.

For all mountain: Lap down the hill, usually hit some little side jumps, straight lines, small cliffs.

For powder days/big mountain: Send it?

Unless it's First Try Thursday.

if its been a while or a new hill i'll speed check first run, then straight air, but usually i straight air and slide natural first run, and then start to do my tricks i have on lock second run, start trying things third or fourth.

6 advil, 2 tylenol, a bowl, and a monster...i then pretend i am running a slalom course all the way from the top down to get loosened up and get my edging back.

I was really liking taking a mogul run this season before I go jump off stupid shit. Gets the legs feeling good.

Usually some advil, then straight air the big jumps then get into my tricks. I can't do shit on small jumps so I just skip them. I generally just mess around on rails so I never really warm up for them.

I always have to warm up a few laps if im in the park...but everyone knows that your first few laps on a pow day are the best...when the conditions are good its important just to rally and get it early!

Usally i spend all morning in upper mountain (or all day if its good) then go for some slow laps in the park until comfortable. if the upper mountains no good i make sure to do some moguls/ somthing diffecult before heading to the park, boosts my confidence a lot. never ever do static stretching before skiing

First run: Speed tests on jumps, smaller stuff on rails

2nd: Sometimes one more mellow run through (depending on conditions)

3rd: Start throwing 3's and such

For par skiing I do 15 min of stretching and 4 first runs of easy stuff with easy grabs.

4 runs take about an hour at my mountain so 1h warm up then start with more serious stuff

we have a run on a mellow green with some fun little side booters that leads to an extremely small baby park. few laps in the morning there is great for getting the legs going and loosening up. also a great way to kill time while you wait for the bigger features to soften up as it gets warmer out.

usually hit every jib i usually do everyother time, hit the bigger jumps just straight air and the 25 footers just 3 first try.

Ride switch between the lifts to the top of the mountain, blitz a groomer down to the park then take a couple of mellow straight airy laps.
Mind you that's pretty much what I do all day ;/

1st run: look at new features, slide one's that i've done before

2nd run: hit new features do tricks on old features

3rd run: er'thang

depends if its my home mountain or not. at my home mountain ill just straight air everything first run. if im not i check things that look bigger and ski through just checking it out, maybe talk to someone ive seen hit the jumps
