How do you upload photos

or photos in your profile, just go to media photos then on the side just click upload photo. 
 
try it, its a basic step-by-step process. Goto media->pictures and click on the big logo upload pictures. follow instructions

OR

goto searchbar and type "upload" and press the search button.

 
I am a newb and found it hard to nav this site.....I have a question related to this...how do you quote someone?? Do you just cut and paste or what?
