How do you upload film from camera to computer?

how to you upload from the camera to the computer. i need to do some simple editing on windows movie maker
 
man read over your shit before you post it this makes no sense.

do you mean a 16mm film camera or a photographic film camera?
 
nvm about that. that was really easy. but does anyone know if movie maker has that spinning newspaper effect? this is a school project im doing...
 
If you're talking about a digital camera, you should have some sort of patch cable or memory card reader to hook up to a USB port on your computer. Then, go into My Computer (Windows) or Finder (Mac) and locate the port.

If you're talking about film from a camcorder, you can't just upload a video into your computer directly form the camera.
 
he already got it uploaded....

and yes, WMM does have the spinning newspaper thing.

go to edit movie>make titles and credits>add title at the beginning

type in what you want the title to be, then click "change the title animation"

and under name it should be newspaper.
