How do you train on a trampoline?

What are some things you can do to help you learn shit on a tramp? I work on doing different grabs and rotation, but I dont know if there is certain ways you should do it or things you should focuss on. Give me some tips if you can.

Theres no specific method, tramps help you get the motion/feel down. So start stompin your misties and when the snow is soft bring it to the park/ bc kicker.

tramps mostly help your air sence. to know where you are while doing a misty. so you know if you need to spin faster or what. but do what the guy before me said. take it too the park or bc jump on a pow day. so it doesn't hurt as much if you don't land it.

i hate trampolines i always jump off of them and hurt myself, besides i can triple the tricks that i do on the trampoline to snow. so i say fuck the tramp. just go find a jump and go for it.

-jon, skiing the ice so the other half of the country doesnt have to.

basically u just do tricks that u wouldn't dare to do on the ski slopes. once u get used to the tricks on the tramp. u will feel alot comfortable when u pull it on snow.

do ankle wieghts really work just as good as skis? and what do u mean by tramp skis, whats the diff? just crappy skis?

take a skatboard cut it in half length wise then tape some shoes to it. This will help you with grabbing and pulling around the trick. also ankle weights do help, you just need to get a 5 pound ankle weight. I suggest wearing your tramp skis and ankle weights. Without a doubt first time you try the trick on snow if you commit you will land it.

If you have one of those round 14 ft Wal-Mart tramps, it helps to paint or tape a mark in the center. You can take it a step further and draw a box similar to the one you'll find on a 'pro' type tramp. The reason is that you want to start and finish all your tricks in the center of the tramp. When most people start flipping, they tend to jump across the tramp rather than jumping up. By staying in the center, you don't risk flying off the trampoline and you can get much more height than by jumping from one side to the other.

you don't need a square billion dollar gymnast trampoline in your back yard. just harden up and jump strait up from the center of your tramp and you will have no problem stayin on.

im getting the feeling you guys fall off your trampolines a lot

What the hell were they doing with a car on the moon?... havent they gone far enough?

if you're having trouble staying on the tramp than you will get your shit kicked out of you on a square/rectangular tramp. but yea, just start your trick after you're jumped and you won't fall off.

You know something that would really make me applaud? A guy gets stuck in quicksand, then sinks, then suddenly comes shooting out, riding on water skis. How do they do that?

it would really suck to to fall of a square tramp

ITS THE SLASH ROLL!
