How do you ride with sunnies?

When I ride with sunnies

-on icy days I get spray inside.

-on slushy days I get slush inside.

-in BC they get fogged while I'm hiking, cold or hot weather.

I want the sunglass swag, but I can't see shit when I'm wearing them. What am I missing?

A hill with a vertical of 200ft where you can't go fast enough for your eyes to water and there's never enough snow for faceshots is how you pull it off I think

I always preferred shades because all I ever knew of goggles was them fogging up. After one run with shades and you get past the runny eyes and it's smooth sailing. But since they aren't an option on the really cold VT days I finally caved and bought goggles this year. Shout out to those who rec'd oakley line miners on NS. I went with those and have been very pleasantly surprised so far. Turns out goggles are a little better than they were in 2005.

Confirmed.

try when it's sunny and just don't face plant into the slush or forget that and send it but just keep one of those sunglasses wipes in your pocket so you can dry off your glasses. carry a bunch of those rags if you plan to face plant all the time. also don't follow me too close because I'll be throwing up those rooster tails

Anyone know a good pair with the glacier glasses style?

Yes I rock Oakley Cliffdens in brown with a brown lense when it’s sunny and to warm for goggs

Sunnies when skiing is a jerry move but people who do claim it super hard and don’t complain so respec.

I ride with nothing over my eyes all the time, my problem with sunnies is that im a serial slasher and i spray myself on the barest of days.

It's not face planting, its slush spray from slashing.

When I do it I wear my buff so that it runs over the arms, acting like blinders on a race horse. Mostly so that it blocks sun coming in from the side, but I guess it also limits slush (I only wear them spring/summer) getting in.

Nah but for real, I used to get hate riding with sunglasses. I’d get air in my eyes, snow in my eyes. Then I turned 5

It's not wind dickface, it's the glasses getting wet from spray. I ride with no eye coverage all the time but I dont want the UVs giving me i-cancer

Where do u ski?

Don't wear sunglasses if you wouldn't describe the weather as "omg so nice out"

Apparently almost no one reads the OP and just responds to the title. Even on slush days I get spray all up in my shit, maybe I just like face shots too much.

Try these bad boys

How do people ride with goggles? The day I stopped using goggles unless it is less than 10F is the day my life improved drastically.

Oakley wind jacket 2.0. Not sure if they are made anymore but they are hybrid Google's/sunglasses

It's a flex. You have to be smooth you don't loose 'em. Bigger the trick with shades on the more badass points
