How do you motivate yourself.

ahh. i always freestyle walk in my house, i love it. and i imagin doing tricks, with my mind i can call what tricks i can actually do. trampoline to.
 
haha same here. at one point there was a "addicted to jumping and spinning off things while wearing shoes" cult. i'm always doin stupid stuff like taht

I blast music with my stereo when I'm in my room working out with weights, and when I'm skiing I just turn up the music real loud, wait till a good part, and go. Count down, "1...2..3...go!" and if I don't go I know I can't do it right then. So for skiing I just try to point and go.

For stretching...just get a regular routine. Reward yourself afterwards with something.
 
stick piece of cheese between your toes and don't eat anything for a while. Hunger will motivate you to touch your toes and grab the pieces of cheese...
