How do you make YOUR burger

We all know everyone has a way they like to make their burgers. Probably even a few ways. Lets say you only have one, how is it done? from the grill to the plate what it do?

i'm all about the barbecue sauce when grilling my meat,

i put onions and tasty spicy cheese inside of my patties & only use the highest quality beef.

I grill at about 350 for 5-6 minutes on each side then turn the grill down to medium and do another 1-2 remembering to rotate the burger when flipped and to add cheese just after the final flip.

I also use one hard press before the 2 final flips.

hit the bun with some spicy mayo sauce (srirachar or whatevah. i call it raw chi. many call it cock sauce)

some lettuce, some tomato, red onion rings, and top it off with a little barbecue ketchup meledy. Serve with spicy thai kettle chips and a summery beer.

Medium-rare, Blackened, Bacon, Blue Cheese, some kinda delicious sauce, fresh tomato, lettuce and ketchup.

I usually mix in some sauce in the meat in a bowl. some Some hot sauce bbq, or whatever im feeling. Chop up some peppers mix those in. grill it nice and slow. With drunk burgers I put pepper in it, ground pepper and hot sauce in it and on top, char the outside a little, and ravage a bunch

i had the best fucking burger the other day

one of my crew coaches runs an organic beef farm so for our team barbeque he brought a pot full of beef he'd ground himself that was as fresh as possible and we made that into burgers and it was fucking delicious, didn't need onions or anything, just some cheese. i doubt i will ever have a better burger

I'm not a bleu cheese person. But bacon and cheese, medium rare and a fresh tomato and lettuce is always delicious.

When I eat fat food I get everything ketchup only. When I go to a sonic or make it myself I get everything that comes.

Damn I haven't had a burger in a long time, eating much healthier now, but when I made 'em I had 3 specialties.

First, like ^ that guy, heavy spice rub, fried french onions and some blue cheese with fixings (lettuce tomato red onion), mustard ketchup and bbq mayo (mayo mixed with bbq sauce).

Second, seasoned and covered with teriyaki sauce, then with swiss cheese and a grilled pineapple right and fixings with mayo. Big Kahuna Burger.

Third, and most hardcore, the Yukon burger - 1 fried egg, 1 slice of cheddar, fixings and maple syrup. Sounds fucked up, tastes delicious. Some love it, others aren't man enough for the lumberjackiness of it.

But seriously medium rare AAA organic beef, fresh soft white bun, shredded lettuce, shredded aged cheddar, ketchup.

i'm lazy so i head on over to five guys burgers and fries to get my hamburger pleasure. i usually get a bacon burger with lettuce and grilled onions. pretty straight up but oh so good.

Gotta be cooked medium well, no pink on the inside.

Montreal stake seasoning on it while its grilling.

Maybe some rib rub to add some extra flavor

Pepperjack

Bacon

barbecue sauce

sometimes ranch

sometimes french fried onion rings

Best. Burger. Ever. You cna't skimp out on cheap materials either, Mackenzies bacon, good bakery bun, richards bbq. MMMMMmmm....

Key Things: Montreal Steak Spice, Diana's Sauce (Western Smokehouse is my fave), put crushed up saltine crackers in the ground beef it makes it super moist and juicy and I also love a piece of good cheddar stuck in the centre so it gets all melty and delicious.

Sesame seed bun, lettuce, mayo, more bbq sauce, some caramelized onions and youre in business

you gotta make your own patties with ground beef and add the spices before you form the patty, for spices i usually use salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, chili powder, coriander, and a bit of oregano, also none of that putting shit inside the burger because that is just weird and you cant caramelize an onion inside of a burger, then cook it medium, for the toppings i like caramelized onions, jalapenos, cheese, ketchup, and mustard

im not tryin to be a dick here but there is no way crushed up saltines inside a burger can make it juicier, obviously it can make it more salty but saltines suck up moisture so i dont think its gonna add anything to the juiciness

I like ground chuck beef with pepper jack, jalapenos, bbq sauce and sweet potato fries on the side. Combine that with a smoothie and that is the best meal ever

i think its because the crackers absorb the juice while it cooks and retain it instead of it dripping out of the burger during the cooking process

there is a definite difference in juiciness between a burger with and without the crackers

Put a pound of butter on a pan on a stove on medium. Smash the burger on top of the butter. Load it up with cheese and bacon and put it on an egg fried bun and ur ready to go.

Montreal stake seasoning is a must. Medium well, some bacon, usually cheddar with bacon, but if there isn't any bacon then pepperjack. I'm gonna try a burger with Gouda on it today. Barbecue sauce is also a must.

Best bbq sauce ever:

No veggies, they are disgusting.

From my home town.

I put a little garlic, seasoned salt, fresh ground pepper, worchester sauce and sometimes I throw some blue cheese in there.

Summer is in full-effect here in Montreal and I will use any excuse

to spark up the barbecue and cook up some meat. Here’s a little

something I put together this evening for me and my old man. Give it a

try, let me know what you think. Expect more of these in the future when

I have some free time!

Step 1:

  • - Crack open a beer

Step 2:

  • - Grab a big ol’ bowl and throw all your hamburger meat in it
  • - Add some soy sauce, a lot of Montreal steak spice, a generous

amount of fine herbs, some pureed garlic, a couple spoons full of old

style Dijon mustard (the dark one that’s full of grains), chop up some

onions and chuck ‘em in, salt and pepper and if you are feeling

ambitious, a few shots of Jack Daniel’s.
  • - Get your hands dirty! Mix all that greatness together and don’t

forget to wash your hands after.

Step 3:

  • - Grab a frying pan and throw the oven on medium. Add some of that

soy sauce in there along with some butter. Once the butter is melted and

the pan is looking brownish, throw in some bacon with some sliced

onions and mushrooms. Don’t forget to be generous with all these

ingredients as they will shrink when you are cooking them.

Step 4:

  • - I have this nifty little patty-squisher-maker-thinger that is

perfect for making beautifully sculpted patties, so if you have one of

those, use it to make some beautifully sculpted patties. If not, eyeball

    it with your hands.
  • - Preheat the barbecue and throw ‘em on. You should be out of beer

    by now.

Step 5:

  • - Crack open another beer.

Step 6:

  • - Hangout by the barbecue doing man stuff.
  • - Check on the meat once in a while.
  • - If you have a girlfriend (or mother for you younger readers) make

sure they are inside making a salad or something along those lines.
  • - Look manly as you continue to monitor your burgers.

Step 7:

  • - Once the burgers are looking good, it’s time to throw on the apple

slices and cheese. Yeah apples and cheese, I said it.
  • - Throw the apple slices on the grill for about 2 minutes, just

enough time for them to lose their white color. Once they are ready,

plop a few right on top of the patty.
  • - Time for the cheese. I used provolone, but you are more than

welcome to use whatever cheese you enjoy! Try something stronger if you

want to taste it at all though.
  • - If you like crispy buns, now’s the time to throw them on the grill

Step 8:

  • - Throw the bacon, onion and mushrooms on your burger.
  • - Add any other desired condiments, I went with some hot banana

peppers with a little bit of mustard.
  • - Grab one more beer, you’ll need it for the adventure of enjoying

    this burger!

First I take beef and make a patty mixing in cheese. I grill by patty to medium rare and season it with special sauce. I always toast my seasame bun. I let the beef rest as I prepair letuce, tomatoe, banana peppers, salt, pepper, onions, red/green peppers. After it's put together, I spread a thin layer of sweet baby rays buffalo wing sauce on the rolls as you would spread mayo. Serve with a side of baked steak fries.

Take the raw ground beef, smash it into a patty, while doing that, add bbq sauce and McCormick's Montreal grillmates steak seasoning and then I just cook. Put cheese and lettuce on. Fries on the side.

Two thinner patties, then put some cheddar cheese and put the other one on top and seal the outside (so theirs a cheddar ball in the middle). I personally love BBQ sauce on my burger too!

I dont know how to make a burger but I have eaten two big macs in less than 12 hours and I can feel my arteries clogging

agreed! i do the same thing...
my favorite is medium well, and i call it the buffalo burger. I take my meat put it in a really big bowl and mix in about 3ish crackers per pound. once they are all packed and ready to grill, throw them on, and cook. nothing special with this step. The last flip i throw on my pepper jack cheese. once that is all melted i bring inside to prepare the rest.
I have wing sauce that you can get at any grocery store. I prefer ass kickin chicken sauce. throw that on top, followed by horseradish (if you like it) and blue cheese.
and that my good sirs is a great burger...
