I just had full ACL/MCL reconstruction. ACL was an autograft using my quad tendon which from what I've read and heard is one of the best options, but my MCL was an allograft (cadaver graft) and I can't find much information about the longevity of this. If you've had an MCL graft, what kind did you have and how did it turn out?

I partially tore my quadriceps tendon years ago and didn’t take it seriously. That tendon is a workhorse and people don’t realize.
Not quite the same but I know a guy who has a cadaver acl graft (he was nfl player) and it’s still kicking some 10-20 years later. He said it’s going to need to be replaced eventually but it’s fine for now
