If you want to have a good, layed out sSeth Morrisson looking backie, you need a big and lippy enough jump. Come in with plenty of speed, and pop hard and up on the takeoff. Dont whip your head back. Lean back slightly on the takeoff to set your rotation, then once in the air, reach backwards with your head and bend your knees. If your jump is big and lippy, and your set is good, then you should float around and spot, then pull your feet under you and stomp. Dont forget to ride out for a good 200-300yards for good steeze.
