How do you improve your "pop" ????

^ all of the above, mostly flat ground, my hockey trainer guy said that squats are bad when your young goes you don't get tall or somthin and then you can't jump when your older. What are jumpies? And im not fat
 
There is no point to poping on flat ground. Any time you will need to pop, you will be moving, which will add momentum to your jump and you will jump higher.
 
instead of squats to leg press they have it at the gym in our school u should go or to calf raises
 
be more aggressive thats bullshit im sure u can do more than a 3 in shoes. Try harder at it and give it more effort. if u get on edge to spin on skis it helps to pop and spin if ur on a flat. if you fall get the fuck up and try again.
 
its not hard to 3 in shoes. anthing more is hard for me. join the uncontrolable urges to spin off things... while wearing shoes cult
 
Plyometrics help for jumping high off the gound, it develops explosive muscle. Just search on the internet and ull find all kinds of exercises for it
 
dont lift weights until you are done growing if you dont want to be very short when you get older. i know someone who lifted when they were young and now they are alot shorter than me

yeah..if you can't do a 360 off the ground in shoes you are one of those obese kids you hear about on the news
 
Naw that doesn't have much to do with it... It's about technique. Just keep praticing and you'll get it. There's different ways of doing it, the right foot carve, left foot raise or the wind up the arms and let loose at the same time you jump.
 
This is all bullshit. Theres no such thing as pop. Off jumps you dont need to have huge leg muscles, you just go fast and jump.

On flat ground you just jump. You dont need to be able to jump very high for any reason. To get onto handrails you ollie. That is another story.

ollying= jumping off the ground with both feet or leaning back on your skis and popping off the tails?
