How do you get stoked?

How do you get stoked for physical activities? Working out, sports, skiing, etc.
Music is pretty much a given for most people, but is there anything specific or unique to you?
Before going to the gym to lift/run I usually look in the mirror with just my spandex underoos on. It helps me to realize that there is room for improvement and that exercise is necessary.
 
I look at myself in the mirror, say to myself "Damn you're a sexy bastard!" and then slap myself repeatedly while growling at my reflection.
 
odd question. I don't go to the gym, so it's just sports for me. And how do I get stoked to go? well, I get stoked BY going. I don't need to stoke myself up to go do something...

you sound lazy. get off your ass and do something already!

i just drive through whatever parking lot i'm near blasting "i'm on a boat" and fist pumping. then i get out of the car and punch every man, woman, and especially children in the face.
really gets me going.
 
Don't forget the hanful of other surprise mystery epicness in those to go with it. But that(great awesome person) presser moved.

I also like to go to the bunny hill and run into/strike small children and listen to some death metal or gangsta rap so I can feel like a better skier and balla nigga than those 4 year olds to get myself stoked. then i sit in the lodge most of the day and talk about how great i am and how i throw dub d spins off canon boxes and such.
