How do you find what career/major you want and what you want to do in life

Once I'm done with HS, I want to get a basic business degree + work and stack skrilla for culinary school. Once I do that, I'll go to CIA (hopefully with an assload of student Aid), hopefully I'll be a chef/doing internships and shit like that and hopefully plan and start my own restaraunt. It's gonna be a tough line to walk but I'm ready.
 
Honestly, you may not figure it out until it's too late, or you may figure it out today. I grew really interested in the workings of business, loved money flow, thought about econ, ended up not being that interested, looked into finance and thought it was dope. But now I'm stuck between accounting and finance after taking an accounting class, so I'm just going to take another accounting class, see if I am still interested, and go from there. You kind of have to go to school with a good idea of what you want to do, otherwise don't go to college and find a bit of a path first.
