??? any pointers would be appreciated,,, do i need to have double backs on lock b4 i do this???

^yah, double flat 9.

and being able to double backflip would reaaaaly help i bet (i can't get anywhere near one).

learning a backflip would help also in learning a double backflip^

but ur lincolns today were ill

my friend joey got these double misty type things on a normal tramp last year

hes got double fronts too

and hes tried kangs but they always kinda flow into something weird

but yeah hes really small too so

Do a lot of flat three's and when you land do a rodeo 5 in the next bounce... this is super good practice, double backs, are a good confidence booster, and they help you feel out double's on the tramp... Maybe use a mattress or an old pad as a throw pad, so whn you try doubles you can have ppl throw it under for a softer safer landing...

learn dub backs first. to do that first learn a backflip to your back where once you land you roll over. then once you have dub backs try a rodeo 450 to your back. this helps get you ready for setting up the next rotation.

thats basically an underflip but an underflip is where you go off the jump and turn 90 and do a lincoln loop and land switch.

great advice, I have never heard it like that before but it makes sense, I would be confident with double lincolns before trying a kangaroo too just because it will give you an idea on the speed you need to throw your flatspin.

or you could just get a few extra regular tramp springs and cross them, you can get some mean ups from that. dont cross the springs like X's though do it like this I \ I \ I \ I. maybe not every single one though or you'll have one hell of a time trying to bounce but maybe every other 3rd one, just play with it and you will most definitely be able to notice.

well obviously its a double flat nine. so just huck it up and around and see where you come out of it.

i have done kangs and a variety of other newschool doubles without have ever done a dub back or dub front, the newschool tricks are easier. throw a rodeo 3 and over-rotate to your back untill you feel confident, then try it with your buddies throwing a big pad under you when you land. misty to rodeo is easier to get the feel for dubs.

You should learn flat 3's, or whack flips. Like not a straight over backflip, but your legs out to the side a little. It's super easy if you grab japan. Once you get those and do a ton, do them without bouncing, and land on your back, so you do a 1 1/4 flip. Then send it.

word ill try that any other pointer??? i have an olympic trampoline at my house thats in the ground soo its preety hard to get hurt...

get really good at flat 3 and 5s. and then start doing them faster and work you're way into a kang flip. make sure u grab japen when learn flats, it will get you're rotation right.

oh and get really comfortable doing double flips on the tramp. double backs nice to know how to do. btw you can do doubles on a regular tramp.
