How do you define pretzel?

I dont want to see any kind of chip's images thank you :p but in this vid this guy is saying this is called pretzel 270 out... i though its called pretzel only if you switch the rotation more than 180 degrees? explain heh.

let me be more clear, pretz 270 out or frontside is spinning the opposite way then you jumped on because you have to jump 90 on to do the ski slide.

No johan on markkinat...

We used to argue about trick names too, then we realized it's pretty useless and our lives improved by roughly 78%.

If its a pretzel then 90 on 90 out is also. Dumb imo, but I really dont care as long as kids dont try bringing their unsalted pretzel bullshit into this thread.

A pretzel (known as Brezel in German) is a type of baked food made from dough in soft and hard varieties and savory or sweet flavors in a unique knot-like shape, originating in Europe. The pretzel shape is a distinctive symmetrical looped form, with the ends of a long strip of dough intertwine brought together and then twisted back onto itself in a certain way

often looking like these pretzels

A pretzel is when you change your spin direction spinning out after 180 degrees or more of prior rotation.. as in spin on or swap..

This makes the trick in the video a fs 270 out not a pretzel 270 out.

180 or more degrees of rotation, stopping the rotation and spinning off the feature in the opposite direction.

either spin 180+ onto the feature in one direction, spin out 180+ the opposite OR at least one switchup on the feature and spin 180+ the opposite direction off of the feature.

Breaking a rotation of 180* or more, with a rotation that is 180* or more. Simplest explanation I've come up with.

A few years ago we didn't even have a word for this "pretzeling". So stop arguing about it, I'm sure the dude that posted the video now knows the mighty difference, how could have he been such an idiot for not knowing?
