how do i cut my poles down with out loseing the end peice then how do i put that end piece back on?

If they are normal poles, Aluminum that is, you can cut them with a hacksaw, or a cutoff wheel in a grinder, or even a pipe cutter like you would use for doing plumbing. You can use any of these to cut composite poles too, but you'll want to put tape around the pole in the area you plan on cutting (this will make it easier to mark your pole anyway)

One more thing, with composite poles, make sure you don't crack them. Hanging up the blade of a hacksaw or clamping them too tightly will cause them to crack and the only way to rememedy this is to cut well below the cracked portion.

Armada poles are aluminum, I'm pretty sure. Aluminum poles cut real easy. If you need to go buy a tool, I'd buy a plumbing style pipe cutter

for about $10 from any hardware store, they work super slick.

^yea use that, you'll get a good clean level cut and no risk of craking it. just dont tighten it too much at once, get it on somewhat tight to start it off and keep tightening it a little bit at a time and it'll be money

You could try a serated knife, but you will ruin the knife and it may not work. If you really wanna go cheap go to a dollar general and buy a cheap ass hacksaw for like $2. Hell, get a hacksaw blade from someplace and wrap one end in ducktape. Surely your dad, neighbor, friend, cousin, someone has a hacksaw.

Armada poles only come in one length, meaning they are meant to be cut to the riders prefrence.

not if you use cut-co. i saw the infomercial with my own eyes. it cuts through a tail pipe, and the right through a loaf of bread. perfect cuts every time.

Chef Tony's Miracle Blade 3 BABY!!!!! Simply indestructible, can cut steel and then slice a tomato perfectly. So sick.
