How do you clean goggles?

I have a set of Oakley A frames and i use the bag to clean the outside of the lenses but i have a few specks of dust on the inside of the lenses. How do i clean these off without damaging the anti fog?

Just make sure there is no moisture and do it lightly and it should be fine just using the bag.
