How do you become a mod

you are a good contributing member who is mature, and the admins/other mods trust you.

and then there has to be a need for new mods as well.

ok, i just have one question. why do you hate me so much? i cant help it that im 13, and i havent said anything to you to offend you i dont think. so why are you always hating on me?
 
so what, this is a site about skiing who cares if your 12 or 62. you pussyfooter and fujative are really startin to piss me off, just cut the shit out and stop posting all this negative crap.
 
Yeah, pussyfooter makes me angry, I think I'll kick him in the nuts when I see him skiing this year for the hell of it.
 
Actually, 'Legally' speaking, you have to be 13 to use this site. It's some dumb 'internet' law.

im really mad at alot of you people right now. they made us this fucking site and without them it would all go to hell. so just shut the fuck up and be nice for once. it wont hurt you.
