How do you Après-ski?

Yes you know it Newschoolers, it's time to do some Après[/i]-skiing![/i]
For those of you that might not know what that is, let me clarify. Apres-ski (also known as After-ski) is the act of going out, partying, socializing, and enjoying after a day of shredding the slopes. It can be any day of the week, with friends or without. It's just a matter of keeping the stoke going after the lifts stop running.
Since there are many ways to go about enjoying your after ski, I want to know:
What's your favorite way to Apres-Ski?
I'll start it off: Usually what happens is that a group of us will mob our way down the mountain to a fast-food joint, wearing our ski gear and getting some stares from people. The best is when we are repping the tall tees.

and....GO!

Go back to my place, hop in the hot tub for about 30 minutes, go grab some food, then prowl the Tahoe villages for ladies to bring back to the jizz palace.

Walk off the slopes into the Apres Ski Bar in Verbier.

Proceed to drink copious amounts of beer

When the Band starts, dance on the tables with everyone else

Jump up and down on said tables until I fall off due to wearing ski boots and being smashed and cover anyone near me with beer.

Stumble out, throw up, then walk to the next bar

I think that about covers the topic

depends where I am...

If I'm in Europe then I'll go and rave it up in a club, like Malaysia in Val Thorens, France. Then pick up hot ski bunnies and get offered hard drugs by the local park rats. Then party until 4am high on Redbull and jager...

If I'm in America then I'll just stay in, eat pizza and watch tv (drinking age issues).

usually i go home, eat and go to sleep early so i can get up at like 6:30 to be ready for first lift.. if i'm feeling daring/rich enough i sometimes have a beer/spliff with some friends thrown in there somewhere

Def depends on the location....

Europe- straight to the bars for beers and the Euro party vibe with mates, dancing in ski boots until closing time

Canada- Hot tub + beers and then check out the village

Australia- Beers at the lodge and then later in the night going to the most popular venues on the hill

Japan- Beer out of a vending machine on the way to eat some awesome Ramen

I don't know of any other sport where alcohol is such a part of it's culture....perhaps cricket only comes close!!

after my last run, ski down into the vilage, do a gnarly drop into the main street, take off my skis, go to bar drink some shooters or a beer with friends, then go to the cabin/chalet and start the fondue/grill/cheese fondue, pop a bottle of wine, have a long dinner with friends (3h usually) where we exchange gnarly stories while sipping our wine/beers, at the end, we're drunk, but the good kind of drunk where everyone is still fresh, but everything is 5x funnier
then we all clear the table and start a game of JENGA, a special customized edition with drinking rules written on the blocks and if you make the tower fall you have to shotgun a beer :)
after that it depends how everyone is feeling and what the forecast is, if its gonna be a powday, everyone goes to bed, if its gonna be a crappy sunny/icy day we all waggle towards the apres ski bar and end our day there ...

drive ridiculous distances for good a cheeseburger and then drive around seattle screaming at prostitutes, usually

Ever since I've turned 21 I go to the village bars. Its supper fun, except I live on the east coast with a mountain of 700 vertical, so when conditions are shit I end up spending more time in the bars lol

skiing ability has nothing to do with being a dick...
calm down bro, if the dudes calling other people out in 33% of his posts, i think it's a normal reaction ...

Yes! a thread that applies to a Euro. In spring i might chill on the blacony, on a deck chair, with the homies, sipping on some beer watching the sun dissapear beneath the mountains. Or i might get straight on the bevvies and then go hunt out some scandinavian sluts/university students.

fast food? driving? smoke a j? I understand that most of you are underage, therefor, you can't really apres... but I don't know if eating a fast food hamburger or smoking a joint constitutes as apres-ski.

Yesterday was an excellent apres-ski. skied till the bar opened (11am) and went up for some drinks. After a few pitchers of beer and some lunch, we headed into town (usually we ski into town, but there's not enough snow on that part of the mountain yet), bought some munchies and beer, hung out and drank while listening to some records. eventually we made it to the bar in town for some beers and dinner. got home at 7pm drunk and watched a movie while drinking water till I went to bed at 10pm.

Woke up this morning at 7am ready to ski.
