How do u peeps pay for your equipment?

mow lawns, i am about to make some good money selling my Puffy pants that i bought at the begining of the year. Pretty much whatever i can do to make money. My parents won't pay for really any of my shit

i tell my parents

your gonna buy my skis, get me car, and make sure i get to the mountain early on saturday and by noon on sunday, and if you dont like it, i'ma cool yo ass. unforgivable

i used to have a job, so thats what paid for it. my dad pays for my season pass though.

me. i got a job to pay for pass skis and gas. although my parents are gonna buy me a pair of skis this year as a good grades thing

i work mutliple jobs.....i buy my own stuff, and pay my own way to camp....tho my seasons pass was a birthday present...but it was only 230 so it wasnt too bad....i could have paid for it...but im not gonna trun down a free one!

i caddy in the summer, and i got my skis for my birthday for the last 2 pairs of skis ive had. but i buy evervything else, bindings, jacket, pants, poles, got helmet/gloves for x mas with tune ups and someother stuff

exactly how i do it, every time i think fuck this job i just think about skiing and what im working towards and it will all be woth it in the end

ive seen some of your work, looks like such a sick job, are you an independent photographer who gets hired by multiple employers or do you just shoot for freeskier

me. i usually get like one thing for my birthday though like boots or skis or something. my parents buy all of my outerwear though

i've been working three jobs around 60-70 hrs per week since last year (couldn't ski because of surgery), and since i don't have time to spend money (work til 4am friday and saturday) i have a bunch saved up, so this summer i'm basically setting myself up for the next 4-5 seasons. a new pair of skis (soon to be two as soon as i find a deal on gotamas), two pairs of bindings, a ski rack, got my pass already, new boots, one styly easygoing jacket/pants setup and soon a 20k+ jacket for days when it's puking, hopefully a beacon, and i might even buy a pair of skis for my dad since last time i skied with him at silverton he was on a pair of 180 scream 10 pilots and that shit just ain't right

i have this thing called a job. at this so called job, i do this thing called work. this purported "work" allows me to accrue this crazy thing referred to as "money" or "dinero" or "cash-ola." with said "cash-ola" in hand, I am able to go to sellers of various goods and "purchase" whatever my heart desires/ can afford. its a pretty strange system and i wouldnt't necesarillty reccomend it for everyone, but its all i've really ever known and it seems to work decently

since i started skiing 3 years ago my parents have only taken me to the hill 3 times (i go every weekend) and thats all theyve paid for was those 3 trips.

but i work 2 jobs 1 making pizza's and one skiing :)

Work! But I don't want to work during the winter, so last year I had 3 jobs until the season began, which gave me a lot of money and no time to spend it before the season began. But right now I only have 2 jobs.

And selling old stuff that I don't use anymore, it's amazing what people will buy!
