like what body part has to move where? i prefer to lead with my left arm...i spin to my left. so just saying if needed...and if anyone has a video explaining thatd be great. thanks

Its a little overated.. Its two lincon loops and a 180.

Jon should do a Switch Kangaroo flip or at least a switch lincon loop to start off with.

just throw your right hand into the back/side of your right leg. they're just slighly off axis backflips/cork3's/lincoln (all similar tricks really) and rip it.

You can spot it super easily and pop the 180. That's how it is on rollerblades at least.

okay saying no one on this site has ever done one

cause jon, jacob and probably like three other people on this earth are the only people that can do them, it would be safe to say your not gonna get any helpful hits

im sorry to be mean but come on

find out which way u would do a licoln, then do a double lincoln, then do a double of axis licoln, then add a 180 at the end, got that?

kinda like an of axes double back, when trying to learn it act like you scared of doing a double back and dont flip straight back

There are def people on this site who can do double flats. Unfortunately I am not one of them.

you guys analyze things too much...

the roo flip is really a double backflip with a japan grab...the grab also causes you to go off axis, making that last flip off axis and sending you to switch...

double backflip japan 180

its actually a flat 3 to flat 5 and im sure no one on this site has done one cuz u gotta get back on axis after the flat 3 and then go back into a flat 5 thats why its called a double flat spin

are you kidding, its double flatspin you dumb fuck

he was saying something about using his toes to set the "pop" or something like that

not at all. its a double flatspin 9 as said above. and you already go completely inverted for a rodeo, i dont know what your talking about.

yea i lioke the guy who said just throw ur shoulder and hope for the best. thats prolly how jon thought of it considering he was at a water ramp when practicing them

i would say if you can't do one (like most people in the world) why would you give advice about how to?
