im not sure but i think you would just copy the guy and paste him later on in the shot. you could do as many as you want.

but it looks like that camera is moving, and i dont think it would work like that if you move the camera.

I'm not sure if the camera is movie or if they are just moving the image in order to make it look like the camera is moving.
